Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their bookings and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation Policy

For Cancellations please contact the us via contact us link available under your booking page. The cancellation is non-chargeable if informed 24 hours in advance and fully refundable. Incase of cancellation done within 24 hours of the service schedule, no refund will be processed. 

Requests received later than as mentioned in your booking shall be chargeable as per policies mentioned..


Cancelation of services by the independent therapists / instructors / Spas / Salons for various reasons as stated while canceling, myfrisby takes the responsibility of adjustment of payments made in advance / loyalty bonuses , points / refunds as required.

Refund Policy

Refund shall take minimum 5-7 business days to be processed for physical products ordered on cancellation or returns.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway payments refund will be made to the same / source account.

Third Party Services:


As myfrisby engages independent therapists / instructors / Spas / Salons for various services listed and wherein most of the service providers request to pay 50% of the total cost of the therapy in advance, we as service facilitator process the payment received from the customers and pay it forward to the concerned  independent therapists / instructors / Spas / Salons with a booking intimation.

In the event of postponement / cancelation of the paid service by the  independent therapists / instructors / Spas / Salons, a 100% refund will be processed and it would some times take time up to 30 days for myfrisby to recover the advances and process refunds.

In the event of evasion of refund by the  independent therapists / instructors / Spas / Salons to myfrisby, myfrisby upon internal checks, will process the refund to the customer in the form of Re arranging similar services considering the advances paid or process refund of 100% with due time.

In the event of cancelation by the customer, further to the recovery of advances paid to  independent therapists / instructors / Spas / Salons will be recovered and paid back in the due course. The tentative time limit is 3 months if a client chose to receive only refund and not any services from myfrisby.

In the event of advance payments, customers are always credited with loyalty points of equal number as amount on the Loyalty Program which can be redeemed for consecutive services as listed in the loyalty program.

In any /  all cases where pre-booking is made for certain services, it is assured that the customer will be compensated duly for the equal value of money or services as chosen by the customer.

No further communications will be made with regards to refunds once a certain decision is being made and communicated to the customer and agreed by the customer on the terms there in.
