At myfrisby.in, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, please review our Refund and Cancellation Policy below.

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1. Order Cancellation

 

- Before Shipping: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at support@myfrisby.in with your order details. If the order has not been processed for shipping, we will cancel it and initiate a full refund.

 

- After Shipping: If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you may return the product in accordance with our Return Policy.

2. Return and Refund Policy

2.1. Eligibility for Returns


- Timeframe: You may return any item within 7 days of receipt.

 

- Condition:Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a refund.

2.2. Return Process


To initiate a return, please follow these steps:


1. Contact our customer support team at support@myfrisby.in with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. Please ensure that the package is tracked, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

2.3. Refund Process


Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the return is approved, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt of the return. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

2.4. Exchanges


We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

3. Non-Returnable Items

 

Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Sale items (marked as final sale)
- Gift cards
- Intimate apparel (underwear, swimwear, etc.) for hygiene reasons

4. Damaged or Defective Items


If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@myfrisby.in within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
